Membre du groupe LVMH disposant aujourd’hui de 5 hôtels de luxe dans le monde, la maison italienne Bulgari va également se lancer dans un grand projet. Après l’hôtel à Londres, Milan et Dubaï, le joailler italien a fait part officiellement de son projet d’ouvrir son premier hôtel de luxe il y a quelques semaines. Cet hôtel prendra l’allure des hôtels du groupe. LVMH et Bulgari ont choisi Paris comme emplacement, la ville lumière, qui devrait voir le jour d’ici 2020.
Le choix de Paris n’est pas un pur hasard…
D’après un communiqué, la marque italienne Bulgari va fonder cet édifice 5 étoiles sur l’avenue George V, près des fameuses Avenue des Champs-Élysées et Avenue Montaigne. Il est à noter que c’est une avenue très compétitive car plusieurs hôtels 5 étoiles y sont déjà présents, dont le George V, le Fouquet’s, le Prince de Galles.
Ce choix ne s’est pas fait au hasard, cette rue rassemble plusieurs boutiques de toutes les maisons de luxe. Et Bulgari détient déjà une boutique au 40 avenue George V depuis 2008. C’est donc évident que la marque ait investi pour prendre la possession d’un bâtiment à restructurer pour le métamorphoser en un hôtel de luxe. Jean-Christophe Babin, PDG du groupe a expliqué dans un communiqué que « L’hôtel de Paris, dont l’ouverture est prévue en 2020, vient ajouter la Ville des Lumières à notre collection et nous sommes convaincus que ce nouvel opus va représenter une expérience unique de notre hospitalité romaine, dans le paysage des hôtels parisiens ».
Un hôtel de luxe qui se mérite
Le grand hôtel 5 étoiles de Bulgari disposera de 76 chambres qui accueilleront les clients. La majorité de ces chambres seront des suites confortables et luxueuses. Les installations seront incroyables pour offrir un séjour inoubliable aux visiteurs. L’hôtel mettra à la disposition de ces derniers un Spa qui s’étend sur 1 300 m² ou encore une piscine de 25 mètres. Les clients pourront également profiter d’une belle vue sur un charmant jardin dissimulé depuis le bar et le restaurant de l’hôtel. Un endroit parfait pour vous relaxer et pour rester dans le confort. Cet hôtel aura certainement tout pour plaire et n’aura rien à envier aux hôtels de luxe qui l’entourent sur les avenues des Champs-Élysées.
La rénovation de ce bâtiment et sa décoration seront mises entre les mains du cabinet d’architecture Italien Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel avec la participation des célèbres architectes parisiens Valode & Pistre.
Bulgari fonce dans les projets de luxe
Le joaillier Italien détient déjà 5 établissements et continue de s’imposer dans le monde. En 2004, c’est Milan qu’il a choisi pour installer son hôtel de luxe, pour ensuite poursuivre sur Bali deux ans plus tard. En 2012, Londres accueille l’hôtel de la maison Bulgari et le rythme s’accélère au fur et à mesure car l’année dernière, c’est Pékin et la belle ville de Dubaï que le joailler a choisi pour ses hôtels. Bulgari ne semble pas vouloir s’arrêter là. Entre 2018 et 2020 la maison italienne projette d’ouvrir trois nouveaux hôtels dont celui de Paris. Il construira également un hôtel de luxe à Shanghai et un autre à Moscou.
Ce nouveau projet de Bulgari à Paris complètera donc l’offre hôtelière de luxe dans la ville. Attendons de voir si son hôtel attirera plus la clientèle par rapport aux d’établissements de renom qui ont rouvert leurs portes depuis 2016. Notamment le Ritz, l’Hôtel de Crillon ou encore l’Hôtel Lutetia qui sera prêt dans un futur proche après plusieurs années de rénovation.
