Travaillant au sein du Pré Catelan à Paris depuis 2003, la cheffe pâtissière détient trois étoiles au Michelin. On la connait pour son dessert signature qui n’est autre que la pomme en sucre soufflé, crème glacée caramel, cidre et sucre pétillant.
