The Domain The Andeols ("little winds"), in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, was originally a family property, transformed into high-end accommodation by the owners Olivier Massart and his wife Patrizia, who left their mark with their artistic and cultural vision.

Originally a photographer, Olivier Massart is now considered a pioneer and innovator in the field of staging applied to fashion and major events. Originally from the village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, influenced by Provençal life and a family of artists, he developed a keen sense of aesthetics and light.
He is also known for his grandiose achievements, such as the centenary of the Eiffel Tower in 1989 – where he organized a remarkable light show – the opening of the 1998 World Cup final, and the 30th anniversary of the Kenzo fashion house at the Zénith in Paris in 1999.
He describes himself as a "dream maker," creating memorable shows that transcend fashion to become true masterpieces. Dreams and art are two guiding principles that shine through at the Les Andéols estate.
The gardens:
We arrive in Les Andéols on a June afternoon to discover a dazzling panorama of greenery, flowers, and light. Across 38 hectares, a lush plant world stretches, with striking landscapes: fruit orchards, a hundred olive trees scattered throughout, a lavender field, a pond where toads croak, palm trees along a path... and a venerable and majestic 400-year-old plane tree, around which gravitates a lively and festive bistro restaurant.
At the bend in the path, we discover sculptures in diverse styles, water basins and fountains, a plant work representing a breast, a red gypsy caravan, a souvenir of a haute couture fashion show...
The place is particularly suitable for wedding celebrations thanks to its rustic and romantic atmosphere, for summer festivities, in the gentle Provençal climate and under the shade of a centuries-old tree, gentle and full of kindness.
The villas:
Scattered throughout the estate, eight suites and eleven villas are available to guests. Bright and spacious, each one has its own unique features, decorated with contemporary artwork and furniture. These spaces are designed to offer guests comfort and relaxation in an artistic and green setting.
Activities:
The bistro-style brasserie is a picturesque spot overlooked by its iconic, even charismatic plane tree. A cabin has been built over its branches, like a shaded rooftop for aperitifs for two. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner service with a land and sea menu featuring succulent dishes with artistic and floral presentation.
A long heated swimming pool, surrounded by large, colorful sofas with a pop-art design, invites you to take a refreshing dip and sip original cocktails prepared in the gallery-library style bar, not far away.
For dinner, the gourmet restaurant, with its thousand-year-old olive tree in front of the entrance, offers dishes with southern accents and local flavors, prepared by chef Vincenzo and his team.
Les Andéols offers the tranquility and scents of Provence. It's an ideal place for relaxing stays and unwinding in nature. Alternatively, you can plan hiking and cycling excursions, or visit the many picturesque, well-known villages in the surrounding area.
