Riva has just unveiled its exceptional new yacht with a luxurious and modern design to mark the beginning of the year. This includes the Riva 100 Corsaro (pirate in Italian), a 98-foot flybridge designed by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, co-founders of Officina Italiana Design, the design firm that collaborated with Riva to design the yacht. It's to celebrate the 175rd anniversary of the builder Riva that this yacht was proudly presented in Cannes. News that will arouse the curiosity of yacht fanatics.
An exceptional sports yacht
The Riva fleet has opted for a sporty look through an arrowhead shape. The yacht features a hull and superstructure in Shark Grey. The builder retained this classic metallic shade, finishing it off with glossy black details. To enhance this sporty style, floor-to-ceiling windows were installed to embellish the exterior of this exceptional yacht. This was a wise choice, as these windows allowed light to flood into the yacht's interior and provided passengers with stunning views of the seascapes.
But you'll also have the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional view of the horizon through the Riva 100 Corsaro's flybridge. It features front and side windshields with a well-protected helm station. For optimal passenger comfort, the yacht has a spacious dining area at its stern. Passengers can sip a good cocktail at the yacht's bar, and to make the most of the most beautiful days under the sun, a sunbathing area has been set up on the yacht.
The builder has thought of everything; in addition to design, this yacht is also functional. It features a large flooded garage that can accommodate a 4,45 m tender or a jet ski. A new operating system patented by the Ferretti group allows the garage door to be tilted onto the beach club to create a large beach area at water level. Passengers can perfectly adjust the platform's immersion to suit their needs.
A simple and elegant design
The Riva fleet opted for a simple and elegant decor for the interior of this floating jewel. It used noble materials to evoke luxury, blended with neutral and soothing tones. A huge entrance hall opens onto the main area below deck. Plenty of storage space has been provided, leading to four cabins, including two VIP cabins aft, a twin cabin, and a double cabin forward.
A powerful and high-performance luxury yacht
This yacht has it all: its design will delight enthusiasts, but its power, speed, and performance are also its charm. The Riva 100 Corsaro is equipped with two super-powerful engines, namely the MTU 16V 2000 and the M93 2435mhp. Thanks to these engines, the yacht reaches a top speed of 27,5 knots at full power, compared to 24,5 knots at cruising speed. It has a range of 310 nautical miles. But you haven't seen everything! The manufacturer also offers a second, even more powerful M94 2638mhp engine for your greatest pleasure! This engine allows for a cruising speed of 25 knots and 29 knots at full power.
