The residence, a private mansion built in 1868, has been completely renovated with respect for its history. Flanked by former stables reinvented as lofts around a paved courtyard, it embodies the subtle alliance between preserved heritage and a contemporary perspective.
Interior designer Tony Rivas has created an elegant and balanced reinterpretation. Through a constant dialogue between materials, volumes, and light, he infuses this bourgeois building with a resolutely modern spirit, without ever betraying the soul of the place.
