The Moorish Villa is a five-star luxury hotel of the group Boutique Hotels Collection, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Built in 1881 in a neo-Moorish style, with white walls and crenellated roofs, the Villa Mauresque is surrounded by magnificent Mediterranean gardens lined with palm trees and brightly colored bougainvillea.
Accommodation:
The hotel offers 22 luxurious rooms and suites, elegantly decorated in Art Deco and contemporary styles, with walk-in showers and all modern amenities. Some have private terraces equipped with jacuzzis for two, with views of the sea or the gardens. The rooms and suites are named after famous artists, such as the Rimbaud or Klimt suites.
Gastronomy:
The Villa Mauresque houses two restaurants:
– Le Bougainvillier: A gourmet restaurant run by chef David Boyer, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023, offering creative Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine made with local, seasonal produce. The menu is executed on-site by the young and promising chef Nathan Helo. Creative and dynamic, he brings all his talent and passion to the execution of each dish created in tandem with MOF David Boyer.
At the gourmet table, behind immense bay windows, you can enjoy dishes with original and sparkling flavors, floral and artistic presentation. Creamy and fruity starters, veal sweetbreads with a salty taste, Wagyu beef accompanied by mussels… an exceptional and explosive culinary experience. A romantic place par excellence to admire a purple sunset over the sea or a multicolored rainbow crossing the sky at dusk. Proper attire required!
More informal, the L'Olivier restaurant, a bistronomic restaurant with a "beach hut" atmosphere, offers generous and fresh dishes for lunches by the water, to the rhythm of remixed pop-rock classics.
Facilities and services:
The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool with sea views.
A private port is also accessible to moor boats directly in front of the villa or to start a nautical session with equipment available for kayaking, paddleboarding or snorkeling. And sIf you're feeling energetic, a fully equipped fitness room is at your disposal. Massages and beauty treatments are also available, tailored to your needs and upon request.
