Founded in 1995 by Heidi Barnes and developed by Thibault de Saint-Vincent, BARNES International is a major player in the prestigious real estate and luxury services sector on an international scale.
Today, BARNES International is expanding its horizons with the launch of BARNES Hospitality, a new department dedicated to high-end hospitality and events.
For nearly 30 years, the group has established itself as a benchmark in luxury real estate, while embodying thelifestyle French style. Under the leadership of Thibault de Saint-Vincent, President of BARNES International, the vision has always been to offer a wide range of personalized services to accompany a high-end clientele through exclusive experiences. After diversifying into areas such as the acquisition of vineyards, works of art, and yachts, the brand is now extending its expertise to luxury hotels and event services through BARNES Hospitality.
This new department is in line with the brand's continuity, aiming to position BARNES as an international luxury House, promoting know-how andlifestyle French style. The new department aims to offer its French and international clientele unique experiences in exceptional locations, thus creating exclusive and refined memories.
« Our approach is based on excellence, quality, andlifestyle French style. Our clients seek places that are discreet, ideally located, and offer absolute comfort. It is this quest for perfection that led us to launch BARNES Hospitality ", underlines Thibault de Saint-Vincent.
As part of this development, BARNES has created three new brands dedicated to hospitality, gastronomy, and events. Since May 2024, three new exclusive living spaces have been launched: Maison Boissière by Barnes in Paris, Maison Barnes in New York, and Un Moment Barnes in Mougins. These initial creations mark the beginning of a series of upcoming developments, with future projects in France, Europe, and the Middle East.
Maison Boissière BARNES Residences
Opening on June 13, 2024, in the prestigious 16th arrondissement of Paris, near Trocadéro, this is the BARNES group's first luxury hotel residence in the capital. It offers sixteen high-end apartments, ranging from 45 to 125 square meters, including four exceptional residences with terraces or balconies. Designed in an Art Deco style, these apartments offer a peaceful, warm, and unique setting for short, medium, or long-term stays, catering to guests seeking both the comforts of home and the services of a luxury hotel.
This residence embodies the typically Parisian experience in an intimate and elegant setting. Four "Signature" apartments are named after famous writers: Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Ernest Hemingway, Sacha Guitry, and Jules Verne. Each apartment is designed so that guests can make the space their own, create their own memories, and experience Paris as if they were at home.
The project was personally overseen by Heidi Barnes, founder of BARNES International, who infused her vision and refinement into every step. To realize this ambition, she collaborated with Philippe Daraux, founder and artistic director of Mis en Demeure and an antiques enthusiast, as well as Manon Mallac Koenig, the group's architect and interior designer. Together, they selected sumptuous fabrics from Pierre Frey's Braquenié collection, recreating the intimate ambiance of Parisian boudoirs with deep, powdery colors. Each decorative element was meticulously chosen, adding to the elegance and grace of this Parisian retreat.
The apartments at Maison Boissière BARNES Residences are distinguished by their generous proportions, brightness, unobstructed views, and refined decor. The private lounges and Italian-style garden, a true haven of peace in the heart of the city, offer residents relaxing spaces for tea or aperitifs. Catering is available upon request, served in the garden or in your room, while a breakfast service featuring fresh, high-quality products from the neighborhood's best merchants is offered every morning.
Maison Boissière BARNES Residences also offers a unique "Malle" concept, allowing guests to leave their personal belongings carefully stored in a dedicated trunk, so they can find them exactly the same during their next stay. Numerous personalized services are available, including a private chef, a private gym, wellness massages in the privacy of the apartment, and a 24-hour concierge service, for a highly personalized experience.
Barnes House in New York
Located at 575 Park Avenue in New York City, in the prestigious Beekman Building, Maison Barnes, opening on May 1, 2024, is an exclusive reception venue dedicated to the French Art de Vivre. This unique venue aims to bring together enthusiasts who share common values around targeted events, reflecting the pillars of BARNES: Trust, Vision, Excellence, Elegance, and Global Support.
