The tone is set from the moment you enter. A vibrant storefront with an oyster bar that makes you want to stop, and inside, a carefully curated design by designer Richard Lafond: soft velvet, raw wood, fishing nets, retro lamps, marine trinkets... The charm is immediate. You're in Paris, but you feel like you're on the coast.
Freshness, short circuits and a “fisherman’s hut” spirit
The sea reigns supreme, but without protocol or ceremony. The establishment works directly with independent fishermen and producers, respecting the seasons. The menu features a dozen carefully selected oysters—Gillardeau, Perles du Cap Ferret, and some truly memorable dishes: sea bass carpaccio with fennel, scallop tartare with citrus, avocado and crab, and even a spider crab club sandwich that has become a cult classic.
