The Vault is NordicTrack's foray into smart home gym equipment. It features a 32-inch Full HD touchscreen that's hidden behind a 1,80-foot mirror when not in use. The mirrored screen allows you to observe and self-correct your form by following iFit workouts, the streaming service the Vault uses to deliver live and on-demand fitness classes.
Elegant design
The Vault has a relatively small footprint, measuring approximately 73 inches high, 24 inches wide, and 14 inches deep. This means standard 2,5-foot ceilings are plenty high, and only a few square feet of floor space are needed to accommodate the frame. With its heavy-duty base, the Vault is extremely stable, and a strap on the back allows it to be bolted to a wall for added stability.

Unlike many other workout mirrors, the Vault is freestanding and cannot be wall-mounted; it has been designed not only to blend into your home, but also to enhance the decor.
An interactive and practical screen
The Vault includes a 61,5-inch (156 cm) mirror with a 32-inch (81 cm) touchscreen for streaming workouts on iFit. The large touchscreen mirror can be used to stream a variety of on-demand workout classes and is fully reflective, allowing you to adjust your posture and form during your workout.
What makes the Vault unique compared to other smart mirrors is its rotating screen, which opens to reveal a convenient vertical storage system for storing dumbbells, kettlebells, and other resistance bands. The two easy-glide hinges allow the screen to be positioned at multiple angles for the best possible view. Capable of rotating 360°, the mirrored surface ensures you always have a perfect view of your iFIT trainer and keep track of your form.
The mirror is also equipped with two 3-inch digitally amplified speakers, providing excellent sound quality, as well as Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to use your own heart rate monitor or headphones.
A cleverly designed storage unit
There are two options available when purchasing the Vault… There are Vault Complete et Vault StandaloneThe full version comes with six sets of dumbbells ranging from 2,3 to 13,6 pounds, two kettlebells (5 and 30 pounds), three loop bands, three mini resistance bands, a textured exercise mat, two yoga blocks, a microfiber cleaning towel, and of course, the vertical storage cabinet with hanging shelves to accommodate all these items. The Standalone version consists of only the Vault frame and the cabinet with the premium shelves.
The dumbbells are sturdy and comfortable to hold, the resistance bands are thick, and the yoga blocks are easy to grip, even with sweaty hands.
The richness of iFit programming
The NordTrack Vault uses iFit programming, which allows for endless workout options, such as yoga Pilates, sculpt and tone, stretching, Boot Camp, cross training, lift, and much more. On the home screen, you can select recommended workouts or search for on-demand classes using filters including class type, intensity, duration, target zone, instructor, and required equipment. Classes follow a 3-step format, offering an optional warm-up period, the class itself, and 10 minutes at the end for cool-down stretches.
iFit also launched the series Train Like a Pro, which includes training programs designed by professional athletes. The NordicTrack Vault smart fitness mirror is powered by the iFIT* membership, which provides access to on-demand classes and workouts from the world's best trainers.
