Shokz OpenRun Pro 2, performance and technological advancement

Helmet OpenRun Pro 2 from Shokz is THE new product of this fall.

Indeed, the leader in bone conduction technology has further improved the audio quality of its flagship model, the OpenRun Pro.

The sound is still transmitted with bone conduction technology, via the jaw bones to the inner ear, which allows you to keep your ears open to remain aware of your surroundings, leaving your ears free. Added to this is the Shokz DualPitch technology which further improves the audio quality, especially in terms of bass, with two CoreCushion units (bass amplifiers) located inside the transducers, to ensure a better feeling for every note, every rhythm and every chorus while you listen.

The all-new Shokz headphones are equipped with dual drivers to double the performance. Indeed, the new Shokz DualPitchTM technology is a perfect duo by combining a bone conduction driver that perfectly handles midrange and high-frequency sounds and an air conduction driver that generates ultra-powerful bass. The result is a unique listening experience, as clear as it is powerful. In addition, the components are encased in a protective metal compartment and an acoustic leakage equalization adjustment algorithm minimizes leakage from the air conduction driver for completely private listening, inaudible to those close to you.

The headset is equipped with noise-cancelling microphones and a premium nickel-titanium alloy headband to ensure crystal-clear phone conversations, even in extreme conditions.

Lightweight and comfortable, the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 headset, in black or orange, is very light (around 29g) and comfortable, ideal for use during sports or prolonged activities. It is water and sweat resistant (usually certified **IP55** or higher), making it suitable for sports activities, even in wet conditions.

The OpenRun Pro 2's ergonomic design allows for good stability on the head, making it a popular choice for runners, cyclists, and other athletes who want to listen to music while remaining aware of their urban and natural surroundings.

The Shokz headset offers approximately 12 hours of continuous use with a quick charge, allowing for a few hours of playback with a quick charge of a few minutes. It connects wirelessly via Bluetooth and is compatible with most smartphones, tablets, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

Easy, multipoint pairing allows you to use the headset on different devices: on your smartphone or your computer.

But above all, it offers increased safety for athletes because thanks to bone conduction, users remain aware of their sound environment (traffic, conversations, etc.), which is particularly useful for outdoor running or cycling.
