Elie Bleu recreates an entire city with its cigar boxes... Attention collectors!
Elie Bleu, the ultimate symbol of luxury and leader in the creation of precious boxes, first became known for its collections of colored wooden boxes and then those reminiscent of cigar boxes, loaded with medals and antique images such as the three graces, the horn of plenty and other symbols of the 19th century.rd century, so dear to Cuban high society and its tobacco producers.
Launched in the early 90s, when cigars were experiencing a real boom in the USA, it propelled the brand internationally and made Elie Bleu the reference in cigar boxes for the "puros aficionado". Over the years, the luxury brand of cigar boxes has diversified its precious boxes to dedicate them to all kinds of uses, and added watch boxes, pen boxes, jewelry boxes, secret boxes and even letter boxes.
This year, Elie Bleu is returning to its roots and launching its new Casa Cubana cigar box collection. This collection pays homage to Che, who has been one of its defining symbols since the 2000s, by orchestrating its latest creation around the Cuban world. The wood marquetry decorations represent the traditional facades of Havana's houses. The idea is to gradually expand the collection until it represents a truly diverse range of buildings in the Cuban city.
Eventually, collectors will be able to enjoy the city in miniature! And dedicate its own house to each cigar brand!
