Monaco is building a universal temple to jewelry excellence.
October 25, 2025 will mark a founding date in the history of fine jewelry: the first edition of the Grand Prix of High Jewelry (GPHJ). Welcomed by the Monte-Carlo Sea Bathing Society (SBM) in the legendary Salle des Étoiles of the Sporting Monte-Carlo, the event is already establishing itself as an unmissable event on the global ultra-luxury agenda.

Conceived as a vibrant tribute to jewelry expertise, the GPHJ aims to bring together in a single evening all the driving forces of this exceptional sector: the most prestigious Houses, families guarding centuries-old traditions, master craftsmen, but also countries producing precious stones, collectors, patrons and enthusiasts.

A unique stage for the art of jewelry

The idea was born from an obvious fact: Fine jewelry, the ultimate art of luxury, deserved its own world summit. At the initiative of Stéphane Valeri, Director General of SBM, and Jean-Philippe Braud, President of Profirst France and Director of the project, the Grand Prix is ​​announced as a “universal” celebration of exceptional professions.

The Salle des Étoiles will be transformed, for one night, into a unique jewelry theater where designers, executives, brand ambassadors, and discerning collectors will meet. A spectacular staging, faithful to Profirst's scenographic expertise, promises to offer fine jewelry a showcase worthy of its cultural heritage and contemporary creativity.

The big names in Fine Jewelry are there

For this first edition, eleven renowned houses have already confirmed their presence: Anna Hu, Boucheron, Buccellati, Bulgari, Chanel, Chopard, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Messika and Tiffany & Co.An exceptional plateau which illustrates the resolutely international vocation of the Grand Prix of High JewelryAt the crossroads of history and innovation, the event asserts itself as a universal celebration of jewelry excellence, bringing together the major players in the sector.

An exceptional jury and eight distinctions

Le jury, chaired by Fabienne Reybaud, a leading reporter and figure in the field, will present eight prizes distinguishing creations emblematic of the vitality and global influence of fine jewelry.

"This Grand Prix is ​​above all a celebration," emphasizes Fabienne Reybaud. "A recognition of excellence in all its dimensions. It will offer an international stage to those who imagine, cut, set, and dare."

A high-flying jury

Around Fabienne Reybaud, the jury members bring their diverse perspective, combining expertise, artistic sensitivity and high standards. Together, they will award the eight GPHJ trophies: the Grand Prix, Special Jury Prize, Design Award, Heritage Prize, Expertise Award, Price of Stones, Best Newcomer Award and Audience Award.

This panel reflects the diversity of perspectives needed to grasp all dimensions of fine jewelry, from design to history, from the market to gemology.

An unforgettable night

Le October 25th in the evening, the Sporting Monte-Carlo will display all its splendor to host an evening dedicated to emotion and creation. In the Salle des Étoiles, a parade of exceptional pieces will immerse guests in a timeless world, punctuated by the presence of international personalities, brand ambassadors and prestigious muses.

After a gala dinner orchestrated in the purest Monegasque tradition, the awards ceremony will honor the winners before the celebration continues in the electrifying spirit of the Principality... at the legendary Jimmy's Monte Carlo.

An exhibition open to all and a Public Prize

Before the gala evening, for three days, Monaco will be transformed into an open-air showcase. Each participating Maison will unveil one or two pieces of High Jewelry within its Monegasque boutique, inviting residents and visitors to a unique stroll punctuated by discoveries and wonders.

At the same time, the Casino Rotunda Café will welcome a exceptional public exhibition, bringing together creations loaned by the Houses in a legendary setting.

The official website of GPHJ will detail the list of participating addresses and will offer visuals of the pieces exhibited. Thanks to a QR code broadcast throughout the city, the public will be able to vote for their favorite piece of jewelry.

Le 25 October, during the ceremony, the acclaimed creation will receive the Audience Award, thus sealing an unprecedented dialogue between the Houses and lovers of Haute Joaillerie.
