This year, the rooster is in the spotlight for an exhibition jointly organized by the Haute Joaillerie TTF and the Chinese Cultural Center, a tribute to two distant civilizations merging for the duration of a cultural event.
The TTF (Tomorrow, Today, Forever) High Jewelry exhibition will take place in the heart of Paris's 8th arrondissement, in the Chinese cultural center. Ten days, from February 18 to XNUMX, will be dedicated to celebrating the Chinese New Year.
Since January 28, we have entered the year of the rooster, an animal that is also the emblem of France.
A good excuse to celebrate more than a thousand years of exchange between our two cultures and more than 50 years of diplomatic relations.
One Eastern, the other Western, both cooperate to create an artistic exhibition that pays tribute to the cultural richness of each of them.
FTT is one of the most prominent brands in the Chinese fine jewelry landscape. In 2014, the brand decided to export its expertise to France and had already organized an exhibition in honor of the horse.
This year there are more than 200 pieces of jewelry featuring the rooster, as well as the monkey, sheep, ox, snake, and dragon; creations by the best Chinese artists and designers.
Created mainly from jade, a historic stone that only China works with ancestral knowledge and a talent that is well known.
