The watch brand Bremont continues to raise the standards of character watchmaking with the introduction of three new references in copper-aluminum bronze in his collection Terra Nova.
Field tested by Aldo Kane, adventurer and brand ambassador, these watches embody the spirit of exploration and innovation that characterizes Bremont.
Inspired by the early 20th century military pocket watchesᵉ century, the collection Terra Nova merged heritage, modernity and functionality. Introduced in 2024 with models in ultra-resistant 904L steel, the collection is available in 2025 in a new high-performance alloy: copper-aluminum bronze, a revolutionary alternative to traditional bronze.
Founded in 2002, Bremont has established itself as a benchmark in terms of high-end tool watches, designed for withstand the most demanding environments. His mantra “Take It Further” reflects the brand's ambition: pushing the limits of watchmaking performance ever further.

BRONZE, REINVENTED
Long associated with the navy, the bronze proves here its adaptability to extreme land conditions. Bremont chose an alloy copper-aluminum because of his increased resistance, its exceptional durability and its ability to skate evenlyUnlike classic bronze, this alloy does not develop an irregular green or black patina, but a subtle and controlled oxidation which enhances its appearance over time.
Besides his elegant aesthetics, copper-aluminum is Hypoallergenic, more scratch resistant, and offers a better mechanical resistance thanks to the presence of silicon. It also allows for more sophisticated manufacturing, essential for the complex two-part case of the Terra Nova Bronze.
THREE NEW REFERENCES FOR 2025
The Terra Nova Bronze collection is enriched with three distinct models, each offering a unique vision of watchmaking exploration:
- Terra Nova 40,5mm Date Bronze – A sleek model with a gradient dial deep green, enhanced by rose gold-plated hands.
- Terra Nova 40,5mm Rotating Bezel Power Reserve Bronze – Limited edition of 100 rooms, sporting a dial warm caramel, a bezel engraved with a compass and a power reserve display.
- Terra Nova 42,5 mm Chronograph Bronze – The most technical version, equipped with a chronometer-certified chronograph caliber, of a telescope two-way compass and a dial gradient green.
TERRA NOVA 40,5 MM DATE BRONZE – AN EXPLORER READY FOR ADVENTURE
With its case in brushed and polished bronze de 40,5 mm and its 904L PVD bronze steel caseback, this watch is designed for everyday adventurers. It houses the caliber BE-36AE, based on Sellita SW200-1, offering a 38-hour power reserve.
Available on three distinct straps – a green and black NATO, a khaki nubuck and an articulated bronze bracelet – it adapts to all environments, from hiking trails to more formal occasions.
TERRA NOVA 40,5 MM ROTATING BEZEL POWER RESERVE BRONZE – ELEGANCE SERVING PERFORMANCE
This limited edition embodies refinement and efficiency. Its gradient caramel dial, seconds subdial at 9 o'clock, and power reserve indicator at 6 o'clock make it a watch that is as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing.
Equipped with the BE-79AL caliber (modified Sellita SW279), it beats at 28 vibrations per hour and has a power reserve of 800 hours.
Its 40,5 mm case and bronze bracelet give it a strong presence on the wrist, while its bezel engraved with a compass rose recalls Bremont's spirit of orientation and exploration.
TERRA NOVA 42,5 MM CHRONOGRAPH BRONZE – PRECISION & ROBUSTNESS
The model the most technical of the collection combines a case in satin and polished bronze de 42,5 mm to a chronograph movement chronometer certified. It is driven by the caliber BE-50AV (modified Sellita SW510BH), offering a 56-hour power reserve and Team full chronograph functions :
- Central chronograph seconds hand
- 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock
- Date at 6 o'clock
Its bronze bidirectional compass bezel with a black ceramic insert gives it a tactical and versatile dimension. Bremont offers this model with three strap options:
- Three-link hinged bronze bracelet
- Green nubuck strap with white stitching
- Black and green NATO strap
