A special pastry vodka in collaboration with Tigre Blanc

Following a collaboration with the French house Tigre Blanc, pastry chef Philippe Conticini has just signed a new product. This vodka is called "Alambic Edition," which has just been officially launched. A unique edition of vodka to which the pastry chef has brought his inspiration to push the limits of texture and smoothness. A new testament to excellence, Alambic Edition combines the purity of Tigre Blanc vodka with an ancestral Charente process specifically dedicated to cognac making. To obtain the recipe, distillation was required in a copper still used in Charente cellars.

A special vodka to accompany pastries

This spirit launched by pastry chef Philippe Conticini and the Tigre Blanc brand was specially designed to accompany the finest pastries. The president of the Tigre Blanc group did not turn to the pastry chef at random. The goal is simply to match the notes of the drink to the art of pastry. A gourmet and tasty creation that highlights a perfectly mastered sweetness. We are dealing with delicate vanilla flavors that harmonize perfectly with the notes of praline and the fragrant aromas of honey. A perfect blend that enhances the refinement and taste of the spirit. A warm and persistent drink to be enjoyed deliciously with the finest pastries.

"This final, traditional and meticulous step gives Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition all the smoothness and roundness essential for pure tasting and the perfect pairing of vodka with culinary art. Beyond its traditional, yet innovative, distillation, it is the copper still that orchestrated the entire creation of Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition."

This innovation is seen as an opportunity to improve the quality of the vodka, according to the brand. In fact, even the bottle itself evokes the smoothness of the drink through the bronze color of the bottle's device. Indeed, the bottle's presentation directly evokes its manufacturing method. But this collaboration also allowed us to pay homage to the origins of Tigre Blanc, which produces its other nectars in Charente. To achieve this, the house harvests wheat in Champagne-Ardenne, draws water from Charente-Maritime, and carries out distillation in the town of Pons. This vodka owes its exceptional taste to its various ingredients, which were carefully selected, as well as its two-stage distillation.

"The bottle – where copper and satin glass blend in a delicate gradient – as well as the name of the edition, hot copper, inevitably recalls the traditional Charente still as well as the most beautiful kitchen utensils, inseparable from the culinary art."

The merger of Tigre Blanc and Philippe Conticini has allowed them to combine their expertise and their motivation to create an exceptional vodka like no other. A drink that will delight the taste buds of those who taste it. Both the pastry chef and the French brand are committed to maintaining the link between creativity and audacity to produce an original result that borders on perfection. This new vodka harmoniously blends tradition and modernity.
