This refined Single Malt, aged in carefully selected Bourbon casks, reveals a floral palette subtly infused with the island's sea air. Distilled from 100% Islay-grown barley, on the Octomore farm located three kilometers from the distillery, Octomore 15.3 is a Single Malt with intense peat, revealing all the strength and complexity of the island. Aged in first-fill Bourbon casks and Oloroso casks from Jerez, Spain, this powerful and bold whisky expresses a subtle malt sweetness thanks to its local barley, enriched with the salty sea air of the Atlantic.

– Nose: Aromas of honey, smoky caramel, and Islay barley sugar, balanced by fresh citrus. The ever-present peat mingles with dried fruits and shellfish, with hints of clove, toasted nuts, and coconut.
