This year, the show Baselworld will open its doors on Thursday, March 22, 2018, and will close on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Messe Basel in Switzerland. Major watch and jewelry manufacturers will therefore have six consecutive days to present their new creations.
The most popular trade fair in the world of watches and jewelry
BaselWorld was born in 2015, and since then, it has established itself and gained a great reputation in the world of watchmaking. After the brilliant success of the first edition, this show continues to take place every year, more precisely every March, for an exceptional exhibition with the participation of the biggest watch and jewelry brands from the four corners of the world, such as Swarovski, Gucci, Bulgari, Burberry, Tissot or Zenith. The first edition took place for 4 days from March 8, 19 to March 2015, 26. In 2015, the show opened its doors on March 2016 and ended on March 17. And finally, last year, it welcomed the world's leading brands between March 24 and March 23.
Exhibition of exceptional luxury pieces
Baselworld is entirely dedicated to showcasing new models and collections in the world of watches, jewelry, precious stones, and related brands. Diamonds and precious stones will be on display alongside exceptional, noble materials that will add uniqueness and charm to each piece from these world-renowned brands. This fair will bring together the must-see pieces in the latest watchmaking and jewelry trends and will delight luxury lovers. The public will therefore be able to consider their next purchases to be at the forefront of fashion. And above all, it is an opportunity for major watch brands to demonstrate their creativity, originality, dynamism, and technical performance.
Ticket and entry price
This major watch and jewelry brand fair will, of course, be open to the public as it is every year, and visitors will not be required to pre-register. As for admission, the day pass is CHF 60, while the permanent pass is offered at CHF 150. To make things easier for you, you will be able to purchase your ticket online by purchasing the entry card online until the last day of the fair or by validating the voucher. Schoolchildren and students will be able to make a group reservation of 10 people to attend the fair. This reservation can only be made from Monday, March 26 to Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
