Nourished by a childhood marked by travel and the discovery of different cultures, he developed a particular sensitivity to sensations, landscapes, and natural materials from a very young age. Oud holds a special place at the heart of several of the House's creations. Nicknamed "the black gold of perfumery," this rare ingredient comes from the wood of the aquilaria tree, which develops a precious resin when naturally exposed to certain stresses. Its deep, woody, smoky, and sometimes animalic fragrance has fascinated people for centuries in the Middle East and Asia. Long associated with opulent perfumery, oud is reinterpreted here in a more contemporary, contrasting, and emotional way.

Indeed, in perfumery, oud has exerted an almost magnetic fascination for several years. Nicknamed “black gold,” this rare ingredient derived from aquilaria wood captivates with its unique olfactory richness, at once woody, smoky, leathery, and sometimes slightly animalic. Long reserved for oriental traditions and precious Middle Eastern rituals, it has gradually established itself in contemporary haute parfumerie as a material of character, synonymous with depth, sophistication, and mystery. Its natural rarity, as well as its ability to evolve differently on each person's skin, contribute to its almost mythical aura. Oud, for example, becomes fruity, powerful, or structured in turn through Oud Maracujá, Oud Stallion, and Oud Cadenza. This demonstrates that a raw material is never static, but always in motion.

The House opens a new chapter today with Musc Nurāsana, its first fragrance centered around musk. Inspired by a moment of calm at sunrise, the fragrance combines the light of rose with the depth of incense in a soft, airy, and enveloping trail. A creation conceived as a sensation of presence and balance.
