At Maison CrivelliPerfume transcends mere olfactory composition. Each creation is born from a lived experience, a sensory moment transformed into emotion. Founded by Thibaud Crivelli, the House cultivates an immersive and instinctive vision of perfumery, nourished by travel, nature, and unexpected contrasts.
Indeed, Thibaud Crivelli He embodies a new generation of perfume creators for whom emotion takes precedence over convention. Nourished by a childhood marked by travel and the discovery of different cultures, he developed a particular sensitivity to sensations, landscapes, and natural materials from a very young age. More than just a leader, he acts as a true olfactory director, transforming lived memories, sometimes unexpected or disconcerting, into fragrant experiences. His instinctive and immersive vision of perfumery quickly allowed Maison Crivelli to establish itself as one of the most singular houses on the contemporary scene, renowned for its bold contrasts and profoundly sensory approach.
Each fragrance tells a specific story. A hibiscus tea enjoyed in a gem market becomes Hibiscus Mahajád. A passion fruit discovered amidst an oud forest inspires Oud Maracujá. At Maison Crivelli, perfume doesn't reproduce a scent: it captures an experience.
Oud holds a special place at the heart of several of the House's creations. Nicknamed "the black gold of perfumery," this rare ingredient comes from the wood of the aquilaria tree, which develops a precious resin when naturally exposed to certain stresses. Its deep, woody, smoky, and sometimes animalic fragrance has fascinated people for centuries in the Middle East and Asia. Long associated with opulent perfumery, oud is reinterpreted here in a more contemporary, contrasting, and emotional way.

This approach is fully realized in Oud Maracujá, where the dark, textured power of oud wood meets the tangy brightness of passion fruit. The contrast between exotic freshness and woody depth creates a unique olfactory tension that is intense, addictive, and modern. Conversely, Hibiscus Mahajád reveals a brighter, more floral facet of the Maison Crivelli universe, driven by hibiscus, spices, and sensual accords that prolong the emotion on the skin.
This creative freedom extends to the “Olfactory Escapes,” where the same material is revealed in multiple facets. Oud, for example, becomes fruity, powerful, or structured in turn through Oud Maracujá, Oud Stallion, and Oud Cadenza. This demonstrates that a raw material is never static, but always in motion.
Maison Crivelli also encourages a personal approach to fragrance through layering, the art of layering several fragrances to create a unique and evolving scent. The perfume then becomes an intimate signature, shaped by the wearer.
The House opens a new chapter today with Musc Nurāsana, its first fragrance centered around musk. Inspired by a moment of calm at sunrise, the fragrance combines the light of rose with the depth of incense in a soft, airy, and enveloping trail. A creation conceived as a sensation of presence and balance.
True to its contemporary vision, the brand finally pays particular attention to detail, from formulas without phthalates or dyes to cases designed from more responsible materials.
More than a perfume house, Maison Crivelli builds an emotional language where each fragrance becomes an experience to be lived.
